RETURN & REPLACEMENT
Return & Replacement Policy
At GFJ, we maintain a strict quality control process to ensure you receive the finest imitation jewellery. Because our products are delicate and hygiene-sensitive, we follow a Replacement-Only policy under specific conditions.
1. No Return Policy
Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for any products once sold, unless the item is received in a damaged condition. We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind or "product not as expected".

Slight color variations (due to digital photography/screen settings).

Jewellery that does not fit (please check dimensions before ordering).
2. Damage & Replacement Terms
If your product is damaged during transit, we will replace it with the exact same product.
Timeframe: Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be entertained.
Out of Stock: If the same product is no longer in stock, you may choose an alternative item of the same value or opt for a store credit.
3. The Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
To protect both the customer and our brand, an Unboxing Video is mandatory for all replacement claims.

The video must be uncut, unedited, and show the package being opened from the start (showing the shipping label clearly).

The damage must be clearly visible in the video.

Without a clear unboxing video, we reserve the right to reject any replacement request.
4. How to Return (Self-Ship)
As we currently do not provide a reverse pickup service, the customer is responsible for shipping the damaged product back to us.

Ensure the jewellery is packed securely in its original packaging to avoid further damage during the return journey.

Once we receive the damaged item and verify the claim, we will dispatch your replacement.
5. How to Initiate a Claim
If you receive a damaged piece, please reach out to us immediately via WhatsApp with your Order ID and the Unboxing Video.
