Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing GFJ. We take pride in our craftsmanship and want to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and promptly.

Order Processing Time :

All ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). During festivals or sales, processing may take an additional 2–3 days.

Domestic Shipping :

We partner with reputed couriers to ensure safe delivery.

Within Tamil Nadu :

3–5 business days post-dispatch.

Other States :

5–7 business days post-dispatch.

Shipping Charges :

Prepaid Orders : Free shipping on orders above ₹2000. A flat fee of ₹100 applies to orders below this.

Cash on Delivery (COD) : Not available

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

Damaged Goods : Please record an unboxing video (compulsory for damage claims) and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Lost Package : If the tracking shows no movement for 10 days, we will initiate an investigation with the courier and provide a replacement or refund accordingly.
